Brian Emrich is a sound designer, composer, and musician. His sound design credits include the films PI, Requiem For A Dream, The Fountain, Black Swan, The Wrestler, One Hour Photo and Phone Booth. He records music under the moniker Psilonaut, and has collaborated with recording artists/bands Clint Mansell, Foetus, Congo Norvell and The Toasters.

He was nominated at the The Critics Choice Awards and Best Sound Editing - Sound Effects and Foley in a Feature Film for The Motion Picture Sound Editors Awards for his work on the film Black Swan in 2011.

He was also nominated for Best Sound Editing - Foreign Feature for The Motion Picture Sound Editors Awards for his work on the film Requiem For A Dream 1n 2001.
